The one light and a stand are as expected. We use it daily and with so much grey weather right now it’s a blessing.
The second stand was not to that high standard. I couldn’t assemble it because the drilling and the threads are not matching. So the second panel is still in the box. The replacement is on its way with very little effort on my side. Thanks for that.
The international website is a bit confusing because the office hours and the UK number are not matching.
I would have give happily a 5 star rating but with that stand problem it will be 4.

Ik ben tevreden over de lamp en de standaard. Ik MIS een gedegen gebruiksaanwijzing hoe het in te zetten is voor verschillende doeleinden. Er zijn verschillende instellingmogelijkheden maar zonder gebruiksaanwijzing en toepasbaarheid heb je daar weinig aan.

After much research online and on youTube, I decided to buy the Starter 5.0 panel and the experience has been great. Very good customer service and fast delivery plus I wanted something sold out of europe to avoind crazy shipping costs. I have been using the panel daily for one week now and the improvement on my skin is already visible. I had a mix of needs, from curbing menopausal acne, to improving some hyperpigmentation and diminish wrinkles if possible. I was very concerned that the red light would actually worsen the hyperpigmentation but it hasn't. So far the skin looks smoother, I have had no breakouts and I am hoping to see improvement in the hyperpigmentation and wrinkles as I continue using the panel. Overall very satisfied.

The Mito Electric light stand has definitely improved the comfort and ease of use of the lamp itself.
I read in a few reviews that the instructions weren’t so easy when putting the stand together. I found there was no such problems. One just needs to separate the size of the screws and follow the picures.
The stand is very well made and can fit into a corner of the room or beside a bedroom Schrank. I’m very pleased with both the Biohacker 4.0 Light and now with the stand l simply turn the light to a horizontal position lay on my bed and can adjust the height with the remote control and with the App on my phone l can turn the Light on or off as l wish. This was definitely one of those better investments and recommend it very highly.
Thanks as well to the lovely staff. They are always very quick to respond and help with anything.
