Not satisfied with the MITO LIGHT® product for any reason? No problem! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products. If you find out you are not satisfied with the product within the first 30 days, please use the return form below and send the undamaged product in its original condition and packaging back to us according to the following instructions, and we will refund the full amount to you after receiving and checking the returned product.

Packaging Instructions

Please send products for warranty claims, exchanges, and returns only in their original packaging, with protective material, to prevent damage during transport. For exchanges and returns, please also include all original accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, contact us, and we will send you an empty box with protective material. If you prefer to pack the product yourself, you must adequately secure it with protective material at your own responsibility, so that the product is not damaged during transport. We are not liable for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
