I initially intended to buy a red light panel from a company more well known in Sweden, Nutrilight, which eas recommend to me by a relative. However after research I found this Czech company - which offered a much more detailed description of research and science behind red light therapy and an overall more impressive product with a six frequencies of light instead of two of the Nutrilight products. The latest line of Mito light 4.0 also comes with a free app, which I find really good and user friendly. The price of the light panel was also good compared to other companies. Everything with Mito Light is awesome. I would in hindsight probably go with the Mito light hacker 4.0, since it would be worth the extra money to get a taller panel. I might use the 30 days return policy to change.
After the first use just 10 minutes, I felt energized, and after a few days of use in the morning at the same time I was sure that the feeling of being energized was indeed from the red light therapy. I have now been using almost everyday since 3 weeks. My skin in the face looks more nice and youthful/healthy, before I had issues with dry uneven skin that pealed of in small places. I see a reduction in cellulite/puffyness in the skin on legs, arms, under chin, stomach - and I used to have widespread pain when touching or squeezing my skin on legs, arms and torso, probably from inflamed fascia, which has decreased a lot. I usually have trouble keeping a sleep schedule, but now started to wake up at the same time in the morning right before my alarm. I have also noticed a decrease in sensitivity to light and sound - which have been a big issue since burnout a few years prior. I have hopes that my brain fog also will decrease with longer use.
Contact with customer service was qick, really helpful and nice. One of my items was out of stock and expected to be back in stock 31 of january, so they contacted me per email to inform of this and ask how I wanted my order delivered. I chose to have my mito light expert shipped directly, and waited just another week or less to get my floor stand. Assebly of the floor stand was so easy, its really sturdy and everything with the products is high quality.
Nothing to be dissatisfied with, 10/10 would recommend.

My panel took a while to arrive but I was kept informed by Mito and I was very pleased that I was able to contact them by phone as well as email. The panel is very robust and well made and the stand is adjustable up/down so I can direct the light very accurately where I want it to go. The controls are superior to most other panels - touch screen on the side of the panel plus a brilliant App that means I can set the controls on my phone and this is very useful (sometimes I use the panel on my ankles under the table so the control is hard to reach). I did a lot of research before deciding on this panel and I am very pleased with it and the company. I do wish they had a distributor in UK.

I wanted to order a different pair and changed my mind. I emailed the shop and Jitka kindly amended my order. The journey was smooth, i got my glasses very fast, i got some stickers and a handwritten note which i thought it was a nice touch from the MITO team. After using the glasses for over a week: i can say i noticed improvements since night 1! I have an office job and after work i always stay up late using my laptop to watch movies or play video games. Many times it takes me a long time to fall asleep and i feel tired then i was when i went to bed. Since i started using the glasses, i feel like the quality of my sleep improved, i can fall asleep faster and i can use technology until the last minute without affecting my melatonin production. In the future i will be checking their other products as well: the day glasses and red light therapy devices.
