Although I initially found the Mito Light store helpful in trying to exchange the defective panel I received, I'm now not getting any response about when I can expect a new one. Mito Light already has my money, but isn't telling me when they will send a new panel.

This step is crucial for us to conduct a detailed examination and ascertain the nature of the issue. It is our standard procedure to inspect any returned product before dispatching a replacement. Please rest assured that once your unit reaches us, our specialist team will promptly assess it. Without having the device in our possession, it is challenging for us to provide an exact timeline for the dispatch of a new unit. Your suggestion about including a holder for the light in the package is indeed insightful. We continuously strive to improve, and feedback like yours is integral to our growth and development. We'll certainly pass on your suggestion to our product development team for consideration in future product enhancements.
In the meantime, you can use any lamp or chandelier where the E27 thread is present, the input voltage is AC 100-240V, and the minimum power wattage is 18W. You would also have to check the size of the lampshade, you need to choose a lamp where the shade is larger than the bulb's diameter, which is 12.1 cm. I only recently bought my Mito Light on a recommendation. The service was excellent! All questions etc. were answered promptly and in a very friendly manner. I have rarely experienced such good customer service! The device itself is very well made and very easy to use.
During the delivery period, I always knew where my shipment was. The delivery itself was exemplary.
Both my doctor and I have already noticed an improvement in my health (I have a chronic neuromuscular autoimmune disease)

I bought a gen 4 bulb and blue blockers night. The shipping was fast and free. The blue blockers came with an issue and the customer service help me to solve it in the same day. That is a good point to repeat on this shop and make me feel safe for future issues that may occur. The bulb works really fine and the standart connection is great to use it in flex table lamps as a stand.

I am very happy with the lamp (bulb 4.0), it arrived quickly and works perfectly. I consider it is a very good model as it can be used for face, hair and other body parts.
You ll just need to find the way to hang it above you.
