Very friendly contact, good store. Excellent prdouct from what I can tell after using it for a week. Very speedy delivery. Customer Service is 1A! Noise of the panels is low, and they are very simple to operate. Good easy to read manuals. I have connected two panels and am very happy with the size of them both being connected.

I am very happy with the product and with the service. I had ordered the Mito Light Biohacker 3.0, the Mito Light Expert 3.0 and the Mito Light Horizontal Stand 3.0. Unfortunately I needed to return the stand since it turned out to be too bulky for my purposes. The money was returned very quickly and without questions asked. I love the product and have been using it every day. I initially needed to reduce the length of time of exposure and increase the distance to the equipment as I developed some minor side effects (headache and profuse sweating at night most likely due to increased melatonin and hormone levels) but all has subsided. I am now back to 25 minutes of exposure and feel great after only 3 weeks (much improved skin, deeper sleep and lessened pain after a knee injury) and expect more positive effects with time. I will most likely purchase additional equipment to expand my setup. Thank you for your excellent and professional customer service!

Shop is very nice and you get all information needed. The product arrived one day before it was scheduled which was extremely fast. The quality of a product is high tier. I have been using it daily since it arrived and im quite satisfied. Customer service is good and the handwritten letter gives a pleasant surprise. I would only suggest to provide better protective goggles.

Pleased with the Mito Light it seems like a quality product. Not pleased that the discount code I had for 10% off didn't work on the European distributor so you lose a star on the rating.
