After carefully reviewing the details of your order, we’d like to provide more details regarding the situation:
The delivery issue began with an incorrect postcode provided during your order placement. While we understand that mistakes can happen, once a package is in transit, changes to address details depend on the courier service’s policies and procedures, which are unfortunately beyond our direct control. From the moment you told us about the wrong postcode, we proactively communicated with our shipping partner, GLS, to update the address and ensure the package reached you as soon as possible. However, please kindly note that the courier cannot guarantee address updates when the package is already in the destination country, as they shared this information with us, and we forwarded this information to you as well.
Throughout the process, we stayed in regular contact with you, forwarding all updates from GLS, and we sincerely apologize if any delays caused frustration. We also offered to reship the package at no additional cost if it were returned to us, demonstrating our commitment to resolving the situation.
We acknowledge the challenges faced during this process and apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. That said, we kindly hope that feedback also considers the circumstances and our efforts to assist despite the initial error being beyond our control.
We deeply value our customers’ trust and continuously do our best to resolve all the potential issues to the customer’s satisfaction. While we regret that this situation led to disappointment, we always act with integrity and dedication to finding solutions.

We understand your frustration with the delivery delay and rest assured we've taken immediate steps to address it. As explained in the email, deliveries to the Netherlands typically take around four business days, but we've been in contact with our delivery partner to investigate why it took one week in total in your case. Sometimes, there can be several factors (National holidays, strong storms and floods, etc.) that we, unfortunately, cannot influence from our side, even if we do everything we can to get the order to our customers as soon as possible. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this caused.
We also provided a detailed explanation of how your MITO LIGHT Bulb 4.0 works, including the sequence of modes (RED + NIR, RED, NIR) to help ensure you’re able to use it effectively. Additionally, we attached a screenshot from the manual to guide you further, and included a link to an instructional video.
Please don't hesitate to reply to our e-mail, we'll do anything we can to make sure you have everything you need. Our standard is to offer high-quality products and ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
