I've been using it for a short time, so I can't fully evaluate all the advantages, disadvantages yet. However, last night I used it before bed to work on my PC and on my cell phone, and I have to say that even though I went to bed very late, I wasn't physically sick in the morning (normally dizzy, headache, a bit of a hangover feeling) because that's what I get when I stare at my computer late into the night.

My girlfriend and I bought a Mito Light light panel about 2 months ago. We regularly use it 1-2 times a day for a total of up to 30 min. After a month of use we started to feel and notice positive effects. I personally suffered from tennis elbow from overuse and tried all kinds of rehab and treatments (corticosteroids, collagen injections) without much improvement. After RED and NIR radiation therapy the pain started to subside, mobility improved and the collagen injections were far more effective. The orthopaedic surgeon began to notice the results and became interested in this treatment himself. Overall, recovery after strenuous work also improved, as well as energy after the morning light. My friend uses it especially for the treatment of psoriasis, which she has suffered from since birth. Only sunlight and a stay by the sea have always helped her. Treatment with medicines or ointments was ineffective or had a short effect, in some cases even worsening the state of health. With regular use of the panel, she has noticed a continuous improvement in her skin condition. Among other things, we felt an improvement in sleep and libido. We also notice faster healing of wounds and scars, as well as an increase in energy during the day. We use a combination of both spectrums and are extremely happy with the product. I bought the Mito Light Biohacker 2.0 about two weeks ago and I am completely satisfied, it warms up, relaxes, relaxes, calms and at the same time recharges with pleasant energy... Very well invested money. Unfortunately I cannot hang the Mito Light from the ceiling, which would enhance the enjoyment. How about adding a special stand to the range?
